What we Do
The House of Diaspora specifically deals in construction project management for the diaspora only.
The Bills of Quantities are followed to the coin and specification of material. Any deviation must be approved by the client.
The quality of material used is strictly what is budgeted for in the Bill Quantities and any change has to be in writing and within budget.
Reports to the client are periodic and simple, clear and accurate accounting is done to reflect the expenses.
Timelines are adhered to and any delays have to be communicated in writing and within proper timelines.
The company only deals with registered, certified and vetted professionals and all projects have to be registered with NCA.
